This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held in connection with the Firmland platform, operated by Viyable Software Labs Private Limited. It also covers data processed through WhatsApp (the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta), SMS, and email. Because Firmland serves two kinds of users, please follow the section that applies to you.
If you sign in to the Firmland admin console (a business customer or one of its admin users), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account personal data. To make a request, email legal@firmland.in from the address on your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
If you are an End Customer who used a business's storefront powered by Firmland, that business (the Tenant) is the controller of your data, and Viyable Software Labs Private Limited only processes it on the Tenant's behalf. Please send your deletion request to the Tenant whose storefront you used — for example the phone number, email, or WhatsApp number they contact you from.
If you cannot reach the Tenant, email us at support@firmland.in and we will help route your request to the correct Tenant and assist them in responding.
To deliver notifications, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta (for WhatsApp) and by our SMS and email providers, in accordance with their own terms. A deletion request handled under Section A or B also covers the contact details we hold for messaging you. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP (or the unsubscribe instruction in the message); transactional messages tied to your orders or account may continue while your account is active.
