This Refund Policy explains when and how subscription fees for the Firmland platform, operated by Viyable Software Labs Private Limited (“Firmland”, “we”, “us”, “our”), are refunded. For how to cancel a subscription, see our Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to the business customer (“you”) who subscribes to the Platform. It does not govern refunds between a Tenant and its own End Customers — those are set by each Tenant's own storefront policies.
By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment instrument is required to begin the trial, and you are not charged during it. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, access to the workspace is paused — your data is retained per Section 6 and the Terms, and you can upgrade at any time to restore access.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly) at the fees shown at upgrade. Fees are exclusive of taxes; GST is added as applicable under Indian law.
- For recurring plans, you authorise us (through our payment provider, Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each cycle until you cancel.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before a renewal charge where required.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your workspace, or by writing to us (Section 7).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period; we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a paid period except as set out in Section 4 or where required by law.
- After cancellation takes effect, paid features are disabled and the account follows the data export and deletion process in the Terms.
4. Refunds
- First-charge refund window. If you are charged for your first paid period and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. Email us (Section 7) and, where granted, we refund to your original payment method.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges, charges after a valid cancellation, or charges resulting from a verified technical error are refunded in full, whenever they are reported.
- After the refund window. Because every plan includes a free trial to evaluate the Platform before you pay, fees for a billing period already under way are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Add-ons and metered usage (for example platform SMS/WhatsApp beyond the included quota) are consumed as incurred and are non-refundable.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer or other law.
5. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 3 business days and may take a further 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made net of any taxes already remitted, as permitted by law.
6. Service delivery
The Platform is a digital, software-as-a-service product delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Access is provisioned to your account once your workspace is activated and, for paid plans, once payment is confirmed. Any references to “delivery” mean activation of access to the online service.
